Appointment Policy
Missed or late appointments take away valuable time that could be used for the care of another patient in need. We strive to provide the best care possible and accommodate as many patients as we can each day.

Late for appointment:
Clients arriving late will incur a late fee. If more than half of the appointment is missed, the appointment will be rescheduled. It will then count as a missed appointment.

Missed appointment:
If a client has two missed appointments without at least an hour’s notice, a non-refundable “missed appointment” deposit is required to schedule any future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your visit if you attend as scheduled. However, if the appointment is missed again, the deposit will be retained as a missed appointment fee.
